Our Terms and Conditions represent a contract.
This contract is made between Domestic Goddess Cleaning Services and the Client.
You agree that any use of the services provided by Domestic Goddess Cleaning Services shall constitute your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Minimum booking is 2 hours (or two Cleaners for one hour).
Fees are payable on the day of the clean, either by cash or standing order/bank transfer. Late payments after 7 days will incur charges of 10% per day plus original fee
Clients must give 24 hours’ notice if a scheduled clean is to be cancelled; otherwise the Client will be charged for the service.
Similarly, if a Cleaner cannot gain access to a property for a scheduled clean, the Client will be charged for the scheduled service.
2 weeks’ notice will be given when the cleaner will be taking annual holidays. If required a replacement cleaner will be arranged however this is not guaranteed.
There will be no service on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and January 1st.
Termination of Contract
2 weeks’ notice in writing will be provided by either client or Domestic Goddess Cleaning Services.
Any part of the service which is deemed unacceptable by the Client will be redone to their satisfaction at no extra charge, providing the complaint has been made within 24 hours of the service being provided.
Change of Hourly Rate
Clients will be notified of any rate increases, giving at least 14 days’ notice.
Domestic Goddess Cleaning Services has Public Liability Insurance up to £1,000,000 which will provide cover in the event of damage to or loss of the Client's property, provided that this damage or loss is caused by the negligence or omission of the Cleaner and is reported within 24 hours of discovery.
The client agrees never to enter or make any financial or private arrangements with the worker other than those arranged by Domestic Goddess Cleaning Services. Any requests of additional services or hours must be first arranged and agreed through Domestic Goddess Cleaning Services Office.
